Understanding your postpartum body and re-connecting with your pelvic floor

This class will be taught by Dr. Rachel Beckmann, an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist.  The class will go from head to toe and discuss the most common physical changes that occur during pregnancy.  Topics include: postural changes during pregnancy, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction (incontinence, pain with sex, pelvic organ prolapse), scar management, return to exercise and so much more.

For more information on Dr. Rachel Beckmann you can visit her website at:

Onewomenshealth.com

If you have any questions regarding the course you can reach out to her at rachel@onewomenshealth.com

If you are wondering if this class is right for you.

Have you grown or birthed a tiny human?

Do you want to grow or birth a tiny human in the future?

If your answer is yes to either of these questions, then I say 100% yes this class is for you.  Even if you worked with a pelvic health physical therapist in the past, It is rare that they have the time to go head to toe and explain why that shoulder pain might be related to your past pregnancies. Come on out and learn about these amazing bodies!
